Balloon Twisters! An amazing balloon artist will come to your party or event to twist up a menu of designs. Let us know how many kids/guests you'll be expecting and we'll recommned the number of hours and artists you'll need. Typically 1 hour with one artist will cover about 20- 40 kids depending on the complexity of the designs.
