Q: Are balloons biodegradable?
A: Yes. Latex balloons are made of natural rubber and decompose. Mylar (shiny plastic) balloons are not biodegradable.
Q: Why is there a minumum order of $25?
A: The balloons are handmade. It is not cost effective for us to fulfill orders for less than $25.
Q: Why do you only deliver to Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley?
A: We are located in Costa Mesa and only deliver locally for now. Distances outside of these cities requires a minimum order of $50 and additional delivery fees.
Q: Does someone have to be at the delivery location to receive the balloon order?
A: Yes. Balloons should not be left outdoors, if no one is available to receive the balloons, please give us detailed instructions where to leave it. We are not responsible for damaged balloon orders.
Q: Can you make more characters other than the ones on your website?
A: Yes, we can. But at the moment we only offer what is on your website.
